1 cup is 8 oz
8 cups is 64 oz

so a little more than 3 bottles (20 oz).
3.2 bottles to be more exact.

1 cup = 8 ounces
8 cups = 64 ounces

So you'll need a little over 3 bottles of water per day to make your 64 ounces. However, it's really hard to drink too much water, so don't be afraid to go for 4 or maybe even 5.

Also, my health professional recommends that you only drink about 4 ounces at a time every 15 minutes or so. If you're sipping on a bottle throughout the day, that's perfect. It's when you're like me and chugging a bottle per meal and not drinking anything at any other time that it's a problem. You actually don't want to pee clear like some folks say, 'cause that means it's just going right through you without actually being used by your body. Just another thing to think about.
