I just got done working out... I have no "dancin'" left in me... deadlifts and squats tend to take the energy out of the quads and hamstrings... thanks though.

I should be dancing right now. It is a Sabbath (holiday) today and I am at work, sigh. Oh well I'll just have to strip and dance tonight. :)
