definitely too young. you should wait until you are 18 and have had time to make the right decision for yourself. any place that is willing to illegally tattoo a minor is probably not worried about illegally reusing needles and not properly sterilizing their equipment. just wait.

In most states it is AT LEAST 18 and in some states you can get one at 16 if you have your legal parent with you. DONT FORGET a tattoo is FOREVER. Your body is still growing you need to stop growing first or your tat will be all streched out and funny looking. Do research. Don't be too eager to get one right away. Take your time and get the one that is right for you. Because it will be there well after you are dead.

from the legal part of it you have to be at least 18..... i am 18 and i just had a tattoo done and i am really happy about it,the only thing i have to advise you is that you have to think about it very well first as tattoos are for ever. but i don't believe that age is the problem as long as you want to do it. good luck !

You have to be 18 or older unless you have a parent or guardian with you. I also wanted a tattoo at your age, but I am glad that I waited because your style will change as you get older. Tattoos are permanent, so choose wisely!

UMMMMM... Yeah, just a little too young. It's 18 everywhere I've ever lived. I know to you, a tatoo sounds like a really good idea, but seriously, I would wait at least until you're 18. As you get older, your style will change. Tatoos are forever!

You have to be 18. Even if you have a parent with you, most reputable shops will not tattoo minors.
Honestly, you don't deserve a tattoo since you haven't done your research.

In the UK 16 with parental consent or 18 without. Wait a couple of years and see if you really still want one.
