What would you do if caffeine was outlawed?

(Holy crap, I just teared up at the thought...)

Caffeine-free Dr. Pepper? I shiver at the thought! ;o)

I may actually have to kick the habit. I have no idea what I'll do!

I actually love the smell of coffee more than I like coffee. If they did away with coffee altogether, I'd really miss the smell of coffee.... :o(

I think enough people are nearly spiritual enough about their morning coffee devotions that it we could sneak it in under the separation of church and state umbrella. Right?

Take pills that function in as much the same way as caffeine but are not "caffeine" after researching some pharmacology books and maybe some chemistry. Legal pills by prescription.

Otherwise, move to a pro-caffeine country.

Christianity is a personal experience with the creator. With God no ones experience is exactly alike. You can not put us all in the same barrel. Yet the world is just like a crab in a barrel only God and his mercy can get us out of it. What about Gandhi? What about anyone?Just because you do not like the answer does not mean it is not so? We may comfort ourselves with our own knowledge. But it does not mean that the word of God is not the truth. Christians do not know everything as you implied. Yet man has strong opinions regarding God's judgment.Yet man has judgment about God and his choices. God is not always fair but he is just. He deals with us as children,he does it on a individual bases, according to each need. Revelations 3:19.

I'd flop over and die. Out of my need for caffeine not being provided. Seriously my body would die.

I hope caffeine could still be used for medical purposes! Then me and all the other Americans in the world would live!

Ya know as long as caffiene free chocolate tasted ok- I'd be down- I don't drink soda or coffee or anything- I get a liiiiiiil hyyyyyper when I have caffiene. "One time my mom gave me a candy bar and a coke and I towed the car home!" I forget where that's from but people have said it about me for years!

I would be very sad. I had to drink decaf coffee and sodas while I was pregnant and nursing, but I ran back to the real stuff as soon as I weaned my son. I wouldn't be suprised people want to outlaw it, though. Heaven forbid anybody enjoy anything without their permission.

what a bizzare thought.

personally I down about a two liter of caffinated beverage a day, a few years back I figured out I was addicted. since then I periodically cut out caffine entirely, for a month or two, to prove to myself that I really can "quit if I wanted to".

the last time or two I have taken my break from it, I didn't even get headaches.

Caffeine doesn't really have an effect on me. But for some reason I think it adds a taste....I might be wrong, but whatever. I don't like decaf as much as I like regular coffee, I'll tell you that much.

the same thing I have been doing since that nasty marijuana prohibition incident. Become a criminal

when freedom is outlawed, only outlaws will be free.
-not sure who first said that but it is rather poignant.
