The radio code is not shown on your V5 registration document (log book).
You will find it with the delivery documentation, which will include the radio code, key code and locking wheel nut code, if applicable. It sometimes takes the form of a tear-out credit card sized piece of stiff paper.
If you can't find it, an authorised dealer will have it on record and should provide it to you on proof of ownership.
Good luck!

unless someone has written it in the user manual or had the radio out of the car and written it on the casing you will have to either go to the dealer or a radio decoders and it will cost you around £20 for them to give you the code
