Your net pay is based upon your gross income, filing status, number of withholding exemptions, etc. It's not possible to give an estimate without knowing that information. State taxes will also come into play if your state has an income tax.

If you are actually getting paid in cash, I'm betting that IS your gross. It sounds like you are not being treated as an employee and not taxes are being withheld. If your employer is withholding anything, they should provide you with a statement of your gross, any deductions, and your net when you are paid.

depends on what you claim and if you have anything that comes out for dental, medical..etc. you can figure anywhere from 250 to 280
