I sweat every single day of my life. I'm 16, 110 pounds. I use antipersprent deodorant everyday. But, during the day, I sweat and sweat like crazy. I always have to bring a jacket where ever I go becuase I'm embarrassed about my wet sweat marks under my arms. When I'm cold or hot, I still sweat.
Why am I like this? How do I stop sweating? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I know what you mean, and it sucks as a teenager.
I have hyperhidrosis also, and that's sweating like crazy by the way, and I was embarrased to tell anyone.

There's always huge sweat patches under my arms and kids are cruel so of course, I had to hide them.

It may be a little weird, but tell your parents and ask them to set you up to see a doctor. They can prescribe you something called Drysol. There's many other products to try that are less effective but might work for you.

Secret Clinical Strength just came out, it didn't work for me but make sure you try it.

5 Day Antiperspriant is a good one too.

There's alot at Walgreens, try there and look for some deodorants that have an aluminum chlorohydrate percent HIGHER than 15%!

Good luck.

Could you be under stress or anxious? At 16 life is interesting. Likewise cut your salt intake or at least watch your salt intake. In the morning make sure you wash under your arm pits and the rinse in cold water! Try wearing 100% cotton clothing, as man made fabrics will make you sweat. If you want, not sure the age limit here but try going to a sauna. If you were my Nephew I would have to add 'who is she?'

I have the same problem. The doctor recommended an antiperspirant, Aluminum Chloride. When I first used it, it worked wonders. I might've overused it though, since it's now not as reliable as it once was. If you ask your doctor about oxerexcessive sweating, they might be able to help. Good luck.

Wear cloths that don't change when they get wet, like solid white and solid black , and loose especially around the arm pit. Carry a small bottle of water with a spray cap, and spray yourself every chance you get. As well some shoes that are made with holes in them for air conditioning purposes (for
nice weather days). I hope it helps.
