I am on a diet and really dont know what to make for dinner that the whole family would like, but would also be good while on a diet. I am trying to only eat 1500 calories a day. So any new fresh ideas would be great. Thanks

some form of low-fat protein and veggies. fish, pork chops, chicken or turkey some steamed veggies and a salad.

Grilled chicken, you can put barbecue sauce on everone else's Baked chicken, fish and 2 healthy veggies. try steaming them.
