Breaking out with pimples? Or some sort of rash? Lemons have a really high acidity concentrate in them. It's probably irritating the skin around your mouth. If you've always eaten lemons and this never happened than it could be something else. Have you eaten anything different lately? Have you been kissing someone new? :-) You really shouldn't be eating lemons very often...they are murder on your teeth (the enamel). A word of advice...always swish water around in your mouth after eating them, and never brush your teeth after eating them.
