i just got my tonsils out a bout a week ago and i still cant talk or swallow and I"M HAVING HORRIBLE GLANDE AND EAR PAINBUT I REALLY need to go back to school soon because I'm missing so many tests and Finnals
WHEN WILL THIS FINNALY HEAL?






~by the way~ the eating all this ice cream thing is such a joke! its so painful

Sounds like you should call your doctor if you are in that much pain. You may have some sort of infection.

In most cases tonsillitis reoccurs and may require your doctor to perform a tonsillectomy (surgical removal of the tonsils). If performed by a non-qualified surgeon, tonsil removal may cause serious complications. If your tonsils are removed, a patient becomes less prone to other infections than s/he was before the surgery. well i had mine out i was told to stay off school for 2 weeks
it hurt during that time but when i went back i was perfectly fine
