The air bag sensor light flashes a pattern of 3-6 two times then lights up solid. What does it mean?

Lamp Fault Code 36 has four possibilites, of which are the following:
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Shorted to Ground
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Shorted to Battery or Ignition
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Resistance High
-Driver Side Air Bag Circuit Resistance Low
With that said, it's most likely your driver air bag needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.

The on board computer is warning you that there is a problem with the SRS (Supplemental Restraint System)
Any time you have an indicator light that stays on, you need to have the system tested to determine what has malfunctioned.
Do not attempt to remove the steering wheel or play with the wires under the dash! You could set off the air bag and injure yourself!

You have a bad sensor, as I recall. Take it to the dealer and get it fixed. The air bag light may mean that the air bag system has turned itself off until it is fixed. good luck.

sure sure .. I really have had 3 lincoln towncar their great vehicles! first one at age of 16.. who doesnt like a towncar.. their enormous and tender..as long as he has interest to be fillin up
