Personally, I suggest you get yourself in to a drug/alcohol rehabilitation program. Then get a lawyer to represent you in court. A pre-trial aggreement may be in your favor if you've shown how responsible you are to seek counseling without the judge directing it.
Then...I suggest you learn to stop playing Russian Roulette with the other drivers on the road!

Beg, borrow or whatever to hire the best lawyer that you can. Money spent now could save you tons later..... for years even. If it is your first you might even get it reduced to say a reckless. A lawyer can do all sorts of things to ensure the best outcome.
What you do now depends on you. Were you way over the limit to the point where ther is no doubt about just having one too many? I had a lawyer who suggested that I enroll in an alchohol awareness program BEFORE court because they will order you to do so anyway. I went to court and they reduced it to a reckless.
Or even if it is a pain start going to AA before court. This would help a lot.
In college or something? A lawyer could explain to the judge that you are really sorry and that you now realize this will damage your future.
So more detail would help. You could have a serious lawyer and things could still go bad. But a lawyer you must have.

Quit drinking and driving! You shouldn't have gotten your self in that position, it was irresponsible. A very close friend of mine was killed by a drunk driver when he was 15! 15!! A year after that I literally watched a boy get hit and die at the hands of a drunk driver. I have never in my life driven drunk or even ridden with someone was drunk. Get a lawyer oh yeah and if you're an upper class white boy, you're in the clear. Seriously, the guy who killed my friend got off without even having to talk about his experiences to colleges like we wanted. Ugh how friggen irresponsible!!!!! And guess what I am not a 50 year old cratchety woman, I am a 21 year old girl, I like to party but guess what, I don't drink and drive.

i can't clarify what i do no longer see. you're asking how is he arrested for utilizing with no license then set loose and next is arrested back for DUI. obviously the article states "Benito Perez-Mendez, an unlawful Mexican immigrant, grow to be arrested on costs of inebriated utilizing and utilizing with no license, in accordance to police." Does that no longer factor out that Mr. Perez-Mendez grow to be arrested for both costs? It does no longer state everywhere that he grow to be arrested charged with basically one, released then rearrested for yet another charge. interior the article i did not see something about Mr. Perez-Mendez being launch or that if he has been held in penal complicated on condition that his first arrest. I study that "Perez-Mendez grow to be arrested on March 17 for utilizing without license. The case continues to be open. Saturday’s crash continues to be lower than analyze." back how and the position did you get your question of, "why is the police freeing someone with whom they couldn't verify who he extremely is?" And your accusations that the "Are police dept's utilizing the honour equipment with illegals and settle for any call they provide and let them flow loose ? obviously this guy is an party of ways illegals get favourite remedy."

If this is your first, and only one, and it didn't involve an accident, expect to lose a good amount of money, and your drivers license for awhile. You will not be able to represent yourself, so you will have to retain an attorney. You may be able to obtain a hardship license, but that's up to the state.
