how tall are you, how many days a week do you excercise/workout, how long is your excercise/workout, how big are your arms? im just curious. my answer is:

150g protein, 165lbs, 5'9, 2 days, 45 min, 14.5"

I base the protein intake on the amount of lean body mass not total body weight. I shoot for 1.5 grams for every lb of lean body mass as the minimum protein intake.

I 155 pounds, 5'5 and I take in about 150 grams a day. It is said that if trying to build muscle, you should take in one gram of protein a day for each pound of body weight you have.

Don't take in too much at one time though, it will go right through you if you know what I mean. Big waste.
