Heck, simple mathematics demonstrates that ETs are far more likely:

Amount of planets in the universe: infinite. Even if .001% of those contain life, thats a heck of a lot.

How many people have returned from death? Not a single one, other than the "alleged" Jesus, and the zombie Lazarus.

Mr. Indignant - you are wrong. Many people have reported seeing aliens. Of course, they are just as delusional as anyone who claims to have experienced a miracle or seen God as well....

To me, I'd believe the latter. It's currently impossible to bring back the dead, maybe thousands of years into the future if technology gets super advanced. But otherwise resurrection is very far-fetched.

The way I see this resurrection thing is that Jesus was damn famous back then and had a lot of followers right? And I bet that after they put him in that tomb, someone (a follower for example) came and stole his body. When the tomb was reopened and no body... poof, instant "resurrection"

But I do believe that there are aliens. I mean, we haven't even searched half of our own galaxy for sentient life let alone the billions of other galaxies out there. So I think the odds that we are alone are small... smaller than us not being alone.

Oh Jesus was real alright, but I would put my money on the extraterrestrials, because just maybe the God we all pray to might vary well be an astronaut, if we are all made in his image then that tells me he is still alive and well some where out there.

No one has ever seen an alien - but there were those that saw Jesus.

As to the credible witnesses, more witnesses, and more documents - you might want to study history. It's not just in the Bible.

If you believe that there is more proof for aliens - where is it? Oh, I forgot, the government has conveniently covered it up. Right - you'll believe that, but not the Old or New Testaments.

*sigh*

a similar tale of the resurrection grow to be instructed more advantageous than 14 circumstances through the previous 3000 years. Shiva grow to be killed through her own and rose from the lifeless, as did Buddha, Mohammad and Shaka to web site yet 4 examples. The Christ tale is yet one among many, and maximum were depending on the theory of one actual God in a polytheistic time. Monotheistic (one God) perception is simpler, a lot less complicated and a lot less complicated in words of remembering the hierarchy of the Gods. notwithstanding, it must be understood that one and all religions are and continually were, in accordance to regulate. In historic circumstances even as loads of the inhabitants grow to be illiterate, it grow to be mandatory to inform memories, and those memories gained the phantasm of fact as they moved through the a lengthy time period. It did not be counted in the adventure that they were actual or no longer, maximum were in simple terms memories to keep the locals in line, or scare the folk into seeing issues your way. or perchance in simple terms to keep the little ones interior the backyard. All religions must have a miracle, they ought to have an sure to grant the phantasm of finality to the tale. There can't be data, nor can their be denial, this creates the most important conflict. no one might want to be accurate, and yet no one might want to be incorrect. because there is not any credibility both way. in case you opt for to believe, then that is as a lot as you to create credibility, and it must be authentic, tangible and without question, in the previous insisting that others believe as well. It can't be in accordance to historic textual content, nor can or not that's the observe of the community minister who might want to presume to interpert such textual content.
