I've heard that a day or two before your birthday, you notice some changes in your body, like physical appearance. Or just some changes in general. Is this true?
Because my birthday is tomorrow, and I haven't noticed anything?
I don't think this is true, but this is what I've heard, and so I'm asking.

maybe when you hit the big oh. 20, 30, 40,... etc.. I'm sure it gets worse when i hit the big 50! ahaha!

No, this is not true. The difference in another day that happens to be your birthday, is just the same as any other day. Sometimes as we get older we notice some changes that occur from year to year but not in as little as one day.

not true, change happens slowly there isn't a sudden boost in appearance before a birthday.

Hmmm, I've been on God's green earth for a loooong time, and I've never heard of such a thing. What happens? your nose falls a centimetre? your butt suddenly falls down to your knees? Then again, that could be why my butt flaps against the back of my legs, and make slapping sounds when I walk. *sob*

This is just one of those urban legends. Things happen to your body, when your body is ready and it's not dependent too much on your b-day. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

No, you won't notice anything significant. The changes that come with age happen so gradually they are hardly noticeable.
