Should I chalk this near fainting spell up to lack of nourishment and not be worried?

On a red-eye that I took yesterday, I nearly fainted (and I have fainted before so I know what it feels like before you faint). Several minutes before I took Tylenol PM (one tablet, not two) to help me get some rest during the long flight. Now I'm wondering why I nearly fainted and if I should be concerned about it. I didn't eat much all day, so I'm not sure if it was that or the Tylenol or a combination of both.

Sounds like a combo of both. Call your doctor any way. You should be checked out. Fainting is a sign of something seriously wrong.
