there is a varied amount of water that is lost during sleep (insensible water loss). forget about the term "weight" the goal is to decrease the body fat percentage. losing pounds on the scale does not equate to fat loss, it can be from the loss of water, muscle or fat or any combination of the three. this is why tracking the body fat percentage is all that matters when dieting for fat loss

Men and women must get 8-10 hours of sleep, now not 6-8. As a matter of fact your physique will depend on sleep, and also you must wait like round 2 hours, then sleep. And, your question is type of indistinct. How much sleep do you get when you wait the 2 hours? Also, you might drink like a small glass of milk or some thing like that.
