The cost all depends on the area you live in.
In Southern California, back waxes typically run around $50-65, but again, your mileage may vary.
How long until it grows back? Well, that depends on you, and how fast you grow hair. Typically, 3 weeks or so. But again, YMMV.
If you decide to go ahead and do this, make sure you go to an esthetician who does this service alot (many don't do this b/c it's a time/labor intensive process). You may want to take a few Tylenols before, as your first time can be a little uncomfortable. Also (and this is important) don't get this done before you plan on going in a pool, lake, ocean, or tanning, as your skin will be very sensitive for a few days after, as well as red. So, give yourself a few days lead time.

Depends on where you live. I saw a sign in Santa Monica yesterday that it was $45. In general it takes about 4-6 weeks for hair to grow back after a wax. But maybe back hair is different.
