I have found for me Pineapple juice works better than orange juice...I drink it when I first start feeling bed...and its gone. I can't say its medically founded other than boosting your blood ph back to where it should be. If it is completely postive thinking...it works for me and my family!

Orange Juice has a lot of Vitamin C which can help. Or you could just buy Vitamin C pills at the local pharmacy. Also, echinachea is a good vitamin that helps to boost your immune system.

Well, airborne has always worked for me. Get some sun, eat chix soup with lots of garlic and if you like OJ, drink some of that too. I have a wonderful Chix Tortellini Soup recipie if you want it! Good luck!

I use Thera Zinc lozenges at the first sign of a cold, and sometimes echinacea. That usually does the trick. Also gets lots of rest and plenty of water. If you can build up your immune system before the cold gets going you can usually avoid it.
Good luck.

Yes! That zinc stuff you buy over the counter & dab in your nostrils really really works. It shortens the cold & makes the symptoms not as bad.
