Technically I think you're supposed to buy a 2nd license to be able to install it on the 2nd computer. But you might be able to get around that. Sorry.. best I can do.

Yes and no. When you install Vista, you have to enter the code on the disc in order to validate and activate it. If the code is already in use on one computer, it won't activate on a second computer. What this means is that in 30 days Vista will delete your desktop shortcuts and start menu and won't let you do anything but enter a new validation code or connect to the MS site to buy one. It essentially locks itself down. At that point you'll have to format your hard drive to install a different OS if you decide not to purchase a second license.

You can buy licenses from MS cheaper than buying a second disc, so it may be worth looking into for you.

It is possible but according to Microsoft you are allowed to use it on only one computer. You probably won't be able to get updates etc.

You can reuse it if you use a fresh validation key everytime you install it.
