cut then color, otherwise u are wasting time to color hair that you`re just gonna turn around & cut off!!! i worked at a salon in london, i trained in cosmetology, & u almost always do the haircut first!!!

u colour first then cut. when u go to the hair dressers u`ll notice dat they wash ur hair first before trimming it. so that how it gos.
