Should you color then cut your hair or cut then color?

Was wondering..if you color before you cut then you can cut off all the dried dead colored ins...right?
Well someone tell me which is best....ttyl <3

cut then color, otherwise u are wasting time to color hair that you`re just gonna turn around & cut off!!! i worked at a salon in london, i trained in cosmetology, & u almost always do the haircut first!!!
