I like all three of these staple foods, but I have to say potatoes just shade it if I had to chose one to eat every day. There's more choice of cooking style with the humble potato: fried, whole boiled, boiled and mashed, baked or roasted with a few other variants as well. What would be your choice?

Pastas. By far. I make a killer chicken alfredo, tortellini, spaghetti, spinache filled pasta noodles with a light white wine sauce, fettucini, etc. The list goes on and on. I love them all! And they're so fun to make!

Rice. It's a main ingredient to most Asian cuisine. Curry doesn't taste as nice with potatoes or pasta, in my opinion.

Potatos for me.
I recently read that they are thinking of putting human DNA in rice in order to help build peoples immune systems. So I'm not planning on eating rice for awhile.
