Various unions offer health insurance coverage in the movie and music worlds. 401k plans too.

Screen Actors' Guild, AFTRA, and MPI (motion picture association) offer health insurance. I'm assuming musicians have it as well. If you're famous for doing nothing, you should have to buy your own.
