Anything over 70 MPH will do. No particular formula is necessary; it should be obvious.

There is NO formula for your question. How fast do you wish to pass in time, starting speed, if other than 70 MPH, and your ability to accelerate. 70.5 MPH will do it.

The reason there is no formula is because you didnt include a time limit. Speed equals time divided by distance.
