Great information, I did not know that. Not sure what will happen, but now I may have to stay up and find out.

Sure. Something will happen - just nothing relevant.

Although, on 5/6/07, at 2:04:03 - now something BIG is going to happen then.

Well lets see. The LAST time this happened:

1007

* Aethelred buys two years of peace with the Danes for 36,000 pounds of silver.
* Songjiang County, the later city of Shanghai, is founded (approximate date).
* Henry II of Germany founds the diocese of Bamberg.

Births

* Isaac I Comnenus, Byzantine emperor (d. 1062)
* Gruoch, wife of King Macbeth (d. 1060)
* Ouyang Xiu, Chinese historian, essayist and poet (d. 1072)

Deaths

* Al Madshritti, mathematician

Don't know if any of this actually happened on may 6th or not but I think my point is clear as mud.

Only in America. In other countries, who give the day first and then the month, the defining moment will be on the fifth of June instead.

A little perspective can take the wollop out of the cosmos.

Nope, that time and date happens every 10 years. Nothing drastic has changed my life at the second to date. At most, my hubby will wake me up with a resounding snore.

Uh, no. But you should stay up and see.

What time zone do you think it will happen in? After all, man created the clock. And the calendar. And daylight savings time.

I'll likely be recovering from Cinco de Mayo.

yes, i shall become more insane.

For entertainment, I have taken to terrorizing the dogs by sitting on the kitchen table and swiping at them with my long nails. The dogs are obvious half-wits. They know very little about my skills as a hunter, and are forbidden by my captors to attack me. The dogs grow more irritated each day.

You do know that you can have the same thing happen at 2 in the afternoon, don't you? That way you don't have to stay up at 2 in the morning.
