In shakira's 'Eyes like your' what language are they speaking between the English? (I don't usually listen to her, just every once in a while)

The words are Arabic and mean roughly:

rabbou ssamai fikarrajaii:
God of the sky I have a hope in you
fi ainaiha aralhayati:
in her eyes I see the life
ati ilaika min haza lkaaouni:
I come to you from this universe
arjouka labbi labbi nidai:
please answer answer my calling

Hope this helps.

I haven't heard the song, but Shakira is Columbian so I would assume it is Spanish.

I don't know the song, but Shakira is Colombian and they speak Spanish in Colombia.

So hey, it may be that. Or Pig Latin, perhaps... Them crazy rock stars... ;)

Spanish.
Shakira is originally from Colombia, down in South America.
