okey, i can only think about food. Im a very active girl and i work out everyday and im on a very active dance team. Since im on birthcontrol im been gaining sooo much weight and all i can think about is food. Its horrible! I can gain any weight b/c of my dance team and i want to look good. what is some good food that i can eat like for a diet. i cant get off of the pill b/c of my health.
help.

i try to be on diet but i also cant do it:(((i m a boy but i ll do body bulding for it....i suggest that drink water before eating...

I used to be that way, always thinking about food
then i got a lot of hibbies and a job and a boyfriend and now all i do is think about them!
It's okay, it'll pass.

Help to lsoe weight:
there's a cheap product that is all natural that helped me lose 60lbs fast last year
Raw, organic apple cider vinegar, the unfiltered kind, preferably Bragg's kind, take 1 tablespoon in 8oz water before each meal
consume no more or less than 1200 calories a day, and get exercise as best you can
jump ropes are the best form of exercise, they will take weight off you quick
make sure that you wear shoes when you jump though

Talk to your doctor about maybe switching the birth control pill that you are on to another horomone. This might just be a side effect of this particular horomonal birth control. I used the patch and didn't have that side effect. There are so many different types of birth control, I'm sure there is one out there that won't make you so hungry!!!

u hav to eat salads..1/2 an hour before lunch it will burn ur cal. and also open ur body's points... if u wanna lose more weight then avoide cheese ,ham or watevr sandwitch.. i suggest u to lunch with green veg. or dal-frie...etc.. & u hav to avoide rice use less quantity of suger,u hav to drink nimbu pani in morning 1-2-3...how much u can drink..,& let bussy ur self whoel day i promiss u there is no need to dietng it will work ...right now i can see ur how hot u'll look in future love u sweet-heart.. best of luck

Have cut fruits and veggies on hand at all times. Munch on celery, carrots, apples, broccoli and cauliflowers all you want. You wont feel hungry if you eat these in between meals.

eat small, nutritious meals several times a day. every 3 hours is recommended. make sure you drink lots of water.
