In an occupied space. How would I avoid getting paint everywhere.
I was just thinking Using a huge piece of cardboard under it so it doesn't fall to the floor or furniture.

It can be used, just take precaution of the overspray (paint fog) in regards to your breathing (respirator, ventilation) and the drift into other rooms or surfaces. In an occupied house it would probably be better to brush and roll.

Yes but be sure to wear a dust mask to avoid breathing the paint. Tape a plastic drop-cloth down to the floor and cover windows and other surfaces you do not want paint on. READ the paint container to make sure you do not get one that is hazardous (even while wearing a mask). Also wear eye protection such as goggles.

Yes, absolutely. I've used mine for both--just make sure you CLEAN IT properly or it's DONE!! Works great. We used a big piece of cardboard to cover window areas and went crazy. Takes two people that way, of course!! FAST

depends on the viscosity (thickness) of the drylok, the power sprayer should have a gauge to test for this. also read application instructions on product to be applied. my thought would be yes if viscosity is not too thick for paint sprayer to apply.
