Go to www.myfwc.com. This is the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission web page. On your left find FISHING and click on that. This will take you to the page where you can link to the rules and regulations for both fresh and saltwater fishing in Florida. If you are going to do some saltwater fishing while you are here, please check out my web site at http:flafin.blogspot.com. I put in fishing reports from all over the state of Florida each week day. It will give you ideas on where to fish, what you can catch, what bait to use, and where to go to get bait tackle and expert advice.

Yep, I think you'll need a non-resident's license, unless you plan on chartering everything, then it's taken care of. I live here though, so I'm not completely up on non-resident stuff. Of course, you don't mention if you live here or if you're visiting. So uh, go to your closest Florida tag agency, and pick up a fishing regulations guide. or you can get one from a bait store. and probably some other places as well.
