Hi m a n d a, some people have said to do hymenoplasty but I wanted to tell you that hymenoplasty actually restores your hymen. If you wanted to have surgery, then you would do vaginoplasty which actually tightens the vaginal muscles. You can also do kegel exercises. You can go to Kegel-exercises.com. Take care darling.

Do Kegel exercises and that will tighten things up or use wemba balls (not sure of the spelling), slip those in all day and they will make you tighten your muscles in order to prevent them from coming out.. My pu**y is a tight as it can be just by doing kegels. Good Luck

I just exercised my muscles. Tighten as if you have to go to the bathroom and hold it for 10 secs and keep repeating it over and over. You can do it anywhere, even while walking.

Yeah its called time travel...
There really isnt much you can do, other than an apeaseotomy with a tight close. Some OBG's will do it in office. Its gonna hurt! A LOT!
If you do that you might also want to look at the GSHOT at the same time.

There is a procedure called vaginoplasty, but it would probably have to be moderately bad or severe before they would do it, also do Kegel exercises.

I agree-- Kegels. Please do not douche. I do not know what would make that person say so! It is ALMOST NEVER a good idea to douche, and it certainly has nothing to do with strengthening the pelvic floor.
