Taking to the vet really is the only answer.

No one on here can diagnose, especially with the lack of information given, and even if we could, we couldn't treat your cat! S/he is obviously ill though, these are classic signs.

Please take him or her to a vet!

Is the cat vomitting? Still drinking water? Using the litter box?

My cat didnt eat for a couple of days but that was because my husband went away and she was pissed off at him and pulled a hunger strike, once he got home, she went back to normal. Is there something different going on at home? They're creatures of habit and HATE changes so think about that for a sec. Bottom line, take her to a vet if you're concerned.

Sounds like your cat is ill. To be for sure, touch his nose and if it's dry then he is sick. If it's wet, then he's not and maybe he doesn't like the food. Try changing to a different cat food and see if that helps. If not, definitely call the vet and I'm sure they'll want to check him out. Good luck!

The common sense answer, is to take your cat to the vet, to find out the health issue that is causing the lack of appetite.

you're cat could be sick and lost its sense of smell.. which is why it's not eating.
