Matthew 4:7 New international version (NIV) 7 Jesus replied him, “it is likewise written: ‘do no longer positioned the Lord your God to the try.” God will shop us secure, yet he's not a nanny. he's not gonna break each and each risky project coming our way. each and every so often undesirable issues happen. And doing stupid issues like walking around the line with out looking the two approaches is finding out God, to make sure if he fairly is going to guard you. this is a loss of religion, considering which you're announcing you like evidence that God cares approximately you. Now don't get me incorrect, there are gonna be circumstances the place God is going to step in and guard you, like say a motor vehicle comes around the corner rushing and particularly much hits you. yet crossing the line with out looking? this is basically being silly. and foolishness has outcomes. God will guard us, yet no longer as quickly as we attempt Him.

God doesn't take away our Free Will, and He doesn't keep natural consequences from happening to us. Even Jesus knew better than to test God by throwing Himself off a cliff as the Devil suggested, to see if angels would come to His rescue, and He trusted God more than anyone on Earth.

It also says God helps those who help themselves. Islam has a saying, "Trust in Allah, but tie up your camel."

You can trust God for everything, but do what you can (look both ways).
