Life is overwhelming, period. Any one who says different is not even trying it.

hm, well, If you can't accept your life, then it needs to change, or you do. You can't do either if you can't face it, and identify what the problem is. But there is nothing that says anything of the sort must be done all at once, either. A "vacation" from it here or there can help renew one's strength, and there is something to be said for getting some distance from things once in awhile, in order to gain perspective, and approach it fresh. Some days you have to lose a battle, in order to live to fight again.... facing life is as simple as getting up in the morning, and putting one foot in front of the other, just dealing with the moment. The moments add up after awhile....

I agree with Dragon, your most recent questions do sound as though you have something "more" on you mind, if you are trying to work out a situation, I wish you a happy and peaceful conclusion.....
Dragon, I meant that I agree with you that it sounds like Digilook is trying to work something out :)

You can face life. It may be difficult and not always what you want but if you look deep inside you there is a reserve of greatness that can help you. And if you pray, ask the Lord to help you. He will and He will turn things around for you. You only have to ask. If you need someone to talk to please email someone and talk to them. Don't let life get you down. You can stand strong and make it! I know you can! I've got faith in you!

The choice to face Life or not remains a choice.

Accepting Life or not, again remains a choice.

If you cannot choose to face Life then choose to face away from it, you and Life will remain.

Choose wisely and Life becomes a kaleidoscope of experience, choose poorly and Life still remains a kaleidoscope of experience, the choice to employ wisdom or not determines how Life impacts on your experience and consciousness irrespective whether you face Life or not.

Choosing wisely, will allow you to determine the level of impact...

Will you choose wisely for your happiness..?

Peace from a Buddhist...

Regretfully, let me say this question doesn't "sound" like you. I wonder if something has happened that has "temporarily" impacted your beautiful philosophy? I'm not asking you to share, but this seems so--unusual. I do care, for whatever that's worth to you. I'm a bit "unsettled" & don't know what to say.

Edit: Thank you, beatlefan, for your kind thoughts, but I'm not trying to work anything out. "Unsettled" meant the way I felt about digilook's question. I also often answer with a question, in hopes the asker may ask it of him/herself, not because it's something I need to ask of myself.

Edit: Thanks for the clarification of your comment!

Stare at people through the points of a fork and pretend they're in jail.

you don't have to accept life, you just have to live life and make the best of it.
You don't have to forget the bad stuff, you don't have to focus on the good stuff, just remember.
Remember your place, and where you belong.

Don't give up,

Bliss!
