I stick my finger in my ear, pull it out while making a popping sound, then say "Not any more".

Tell them that since I don't believe in immaculate conception and have three kids I am most likely not a virgin.

i tell them it isnt proper to ask that question to me unless they have been dating me for over 3 months otherwise it is none of there business. If they are asking its that question i see it as a sneaky way of seeing how easy you are and also hinting on other things like they intend things for me and i would never date them if they did ask.

Blink and stare as if I can't believe how inapropriate the question is. Then say in a gentle (but firm and slightly menacing) tone "I'd love to know why you think that's any of your business."

First, explain that it is none of their business. Then bring out pictures of my 3 children and let them figure it out.

I would look them straight in the eyes and tell them "That is an entirely inappropriate question and it is, most certainly none of your concern."

I'm not sure why exactly it'd be anyone's business other than a potential spouse.
