1) Joico K-Pak shampoo & conditioner are really good, moisturizing products. The K-Pak conditioner can be used every day or as a deep conditioning mask.

2) To trim just split ends, section your hair. Take each section & twist it. Use a small pair of scissors (i.e. baby scissors or cuticle scissors) to trim split ends that stick out.

3) Let your hair air dry as often as possible or let it air dry a bit before using a blow dryer. Use a super absorbant hair towel to minimize drying time.

4) Use a leave in conditioner or a drop of jojoba oil on the ends of your hair.

5) Use a wide toothed comb after shampooing to remove tangles. Start at the ends & work your way up to avoid tearing your hair.

You should deep condition your hair once a week. Use a deep conditioner with ions in it, these can be found at beauty salon stores. Also, don't wash your hair every day if you don't have to and if you do, let it air dry. The less heat you use the better chance you have of keeping the ends moisturized and in good condition.

Use a good quality shampoo and conditioner. If you're not sure of what to use, go to a beauty supply store and talk to the staff, and also have a stylist look at your hair and recommend productsf for you to use.

All good answers, I would suggest maybe having the ends trimmed. My hair used to be EXTREMELY long, and it was pretty easy for the ends to look kind of ratty and dead. Getting the dead ends trimmed can also help your hair grow better, also use alot of conditioner!!

My hair used to be down passed my butt. Not anymore though. Theres a line called CHI. It works if you leave your hair natural, for thermal styling and even protects it from harsh weather. Also try garnier FRUTIS long and strong. They have good products.
