For somewhow a week now and I'm planning to continue, I've been doing this routing for my diet: I do 100 crunches and 30 or 40 push ups per day. I'm cutting off eating snacks and junks. I only eat during the three meals, and I've been eating a lot of fruits lately (watermelons to be specific). Is this enough for me to see some improvements in my body? Or do I need to push myself more?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

You will need to push your self more.

Do 45-60 minutes of treadmill walking/stair climbing/elliptical work first thing on an empty stomach 6 days per week.

Diet: get at least 60% carbohydrates, 25% protein, 15% fat from the following foods:

Bananas
Raisins
Yogurt
Chicken
Fish
Oatmeal
Apples
vegetables of any type
Safflower/sunflower oil/olive oil

Go to the gym and perform high intensity weight training twice per week for no more than 30 minute sessions. This will stimulate the fat burning hormones that occur naturally in the body to spur your metabolism even more.`
