Last night on mystery diagnosis there was a man with a lymph disease.Do you know the name of the disease?

The show Mystery Diagnosis had a man that had hard nodules in his lymph nodes from bath oils and such. I need to know the name of the disease or how to find out more about it.

I don't see the show but I know that lymph nodes don't get hard from bath oils, tell me more, good luck
