im confused what to do after a full body massage. body oiled and sticky..should i shower after?

Better to bathe in bath salts, after a full body massage.
If you don't have a tub, a shower is next best. (For regular ablutions, a shower uses less water).

Well yes you should,but you know that.Now, the question is do you want to or not? If you go back to work after-wards then by all means take a shower ,no one wants to be around sticky people.If you do a massage after work then yes you need a shower if you don't want to go home and get everything else sticky.I always shower 2 or three times a day just to feel better and for sure if I'm all sticky. Personal hygiene is a must.

Suppose I have to be the odd one out? I have a weekly massage and never shower directly after it. I prefer to allow the oils to soak in for a few hours if not overnight and then shower. However it does mean having to wear old clothing as they get soaked in oil. Guess that is why I never have dry skin? I once had a head massage and did not wash my hair or shower to the following day. The oils used were so aromatic, seems shame to waste them.

Well it can give your muscles a spasm if it is too hot or too cold... if you leave it for a certain time then it should be Ok but you should tense your body as you do in the shower while its relaxed as that could cause real bad cramp

yes in a hot shower it will remove the toxins and help the blood flow to your body
