She's eating and taking anti-biotics but I wonder why her leg seems not to bear her weight.

I agree with Chalice. It needs to go back to the veterinarian, it isn't getting better. Did your vet do x-rays? There could be a fracture. It could also be an abscess that needs to be drained before it will heal.

Keep her on the antibiotics. Running a temp indicates an infection. If not better get a second round for her.

more then likely she has a puncture. You won't be able to see it. Take her to the vet right away if it doesn't get better in 24-48 hrs.

We don't know, it could be a thousand causes and we haven't seen the animal! I could make suggestions, but there's really no point - take this question to your vet please.

She may have twisted it or broken it, she needs some x rays go to the vet asap
