Tonight I plan on doing ritual and having a nice dinner with my husband. I am a solitary Wiccan and my husband is Christian so I don't have anyone to do something with. I was going to go to a festival about an hour away from where I live on Saturday but I could not go. I just plan on enjoying my time alone with the Lord and Lady.

My husband knows, I know I am very lucky to find someone open minded. He is the only one in my family that knows though. Thank you Seeker.

We'll be celebrating May Eve (The traditional Wiccan name for Beltane) with a bean feast. I'm making raspberry trifle. Yummy.
Since May Eve's not on a weekend this year, we're keeping it fairly small.

I'm hoping to do a solitary Ritual tonight, but I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to. I may need to wait until this weekend, because of time and illnesses at our house.
But I will definitely be reflecting on the Sabbat and its meaning tonight, regardless of whether I do a physical Ritual or not.

I am celebrating Walpurgis, which is the Heathen version of Beltane. I'm blotting the Vanir and maybe doing a few other things.

I am going to barbeque some ribs, eat outside, light my tiki torches and build a fire in the back yard. Jumping over once for luck. Then in the morning I will go out early and collect some dew. I will also wash my face in the dew.(for luck) Oh and I almost forgot, I'll collect some flowers for the dinner table. (I'm in the closet too)

I spent several years studying and practicing the Pagan path and although I have returned to Christianity, I maintain the utmost respect for you.
I believe that all faiths are simply different paths to the same end.
Blessed Beltane to you and yours!

We are, we will be celebrating tomorrow with the kids. We are going to have to keep it low-key as I'm on bedrest for the rest of this pregnancy but the hubby is taking the kids to friends of ours for a party tomorrow afternoon.

This is the first time I ever heard of it. Of course, growing up in the Texas Panhandle in a Church of Christ family doesn't give you much exposure to other cultures.
