I really don't remember dreams all that much, but this one last night made an impression on me. In the dream, I met my late mother, who passed away on May 21, 2005, and she said, "We'll be together soon." Should I be packing my spiritual bags?

Hi Buzz, first of all, I can't believe some of your answers on here. I wouldn't take heart to what some have to say. I think that you dreamt of your mom because its close to the anniversary of her death, and your more than likely thinking of her more. No one knows for sure when we'll go, not even your sweet mom! You will be with her again someday, but no, I wouldn't go packing just yet. Take care!!

I don't want to freak you out, but when I first got pregant, my aunt told me about it in a dream, before I had even missed my period or had any pregnancy symptoms. I brushed off the dream as random stuff happening. I used to believe dreams were just neurons firing in the brain, making random stories. However, after finding out the dream was true, I'm not so sure anymore.

Dreams are not fore telling of the future. Dreams are your subconscious mind running wild while you sleep. You probably have had thoughts of your mother recently and during sleep these subconscious thoughts merely became active. I wouldn't be concerned, happens to millions of people every day.

Were or are you thinking more of your mother recently? If so, it's just your sub-concious trying to give you a little piece of mind. And if it was your mother, and she's passed over for all eternity, her definition of "soon" is probably different than yours.

No.

Your dreams are your subconscious going over what has happened to you already. Dreams are a glimpse into what is important to you about the part.
