im living with my mom and i want to move out...wat age do i have to be??

i live in perth ontario and i need to get away from my mom. i want to live with my dad because he is more better to live with. my mom says im not of age but my dad says i am!!!wat age do i have to be to move out of my dads house?

first you wanna get away from your mom... then you say out of your dads house.. you can go to either parent after you reach 12 years old, thats the law.
