You need to get Fort Minor's "The Rising Tied." That is the best running music out there. If you want to go at a walking pace then you should try classical.

I love listening to upbeat music, like t.A.T.u, Aqua, and Jenny Rom, or almost anything from D.D.R. mixes. I've found, though, that I REALLY enjoy starting with Avril Lavigne's "Who Knows". It starts out with "Yeah, yeah" which is a great way to start a jog, very reaffirming. Also, in the lyrics to they chorus are refreshing in that they tell you to just do what you do, be yourself, tomorrow's a new day. Now what's better than that?

House music all night long, I'd recomend Annie Mac _Bring the Noise It was free with mixmag, but that was last month so you would have to try Ebay.

also recomend Simian Mobile Disco

When running, I prefer to listen to DJ mixes; Drum & Bass, Progressive House, Trance, etc. Two of my favorite albums to listen to are: Tranceport vol. 1 by Paul Oakenfold, In Search of Sunrise vol. 5 by DJ Tiesto.
