I agree with Mikem you need to be hydrating your body. I recommend you use sports drinks because they put back the electrolytes that your body has lost because of too much sun.
you should always use sunscreen when you are in the sun. There's too much skin cancer being caused by overexposure of the sun.

nerve damage is caused when your receive 3rd degreeburns and hve gone through the 3 layers of skin and flesh to get to the nerves.... sounds more like a good case of dehydration,, your skin is made of water and youve drained it... so drink lots of water and sports drinks and if you get really bad burns where sun screen..

sounds like maybe you have some nerve damage. if the burns are serious enough, go get them looked at. thats not healthy.
