Dihidrogen monoxide? how bad is this substance there are so amny deaths related to this and so much property damage in the us.. our farmers are putting it on their crops to make them grown what has come to this nation?!? Do you believe we should ban dihydrogen monoxide?!?

I propose a ONE MONTH dihydrogen ban in the US in order to improve the world.

Dihydrogen monoxide is water; yup, good old 2 parts hydrogen (that would be the "di" hydrogen part) to one part oxygen (the "mon" oxide part).

Perhaps you offer the question as a joke, but if so, you are not the first. Every now and then, people still circulate in malls getting passers-by to sign a petition to ban "dihydrogen monoxide," and I suppose there are still freshman college sociology courses whose students do the petition sign up as evidence that most people are idiots. And they needed a goofy petition to prove this?

Yeah, it is so bad that it should be illegal. Unfortunaly all 6+ billion of us plus all the plants and animals and fungi and protozoans need it to survive.
