The choices we make when we are younger has a HUGE affect on us as adults. For example, I smoke. I started when I was 18. I wasn't thinking about how I could get addicted and how it will hurt me. So, sure enough I got hooked.

If you have never been addicted to anything, don't say "Well why don't you just quit?" It is not that easy, and not your place to judge.
