Stay away from avocados/guacamole, chocolate, dairy products aren't the best for birds, the cheetos aren't good for them either, pretty much anything we classify as junk food is a no no for animals as well :) Do a search for your type of parrot, there's sites out there that give specific lists of good foods and bad. But for the most part, feeding veggies are your best bet, with some fruits(they'll prefer fruits to veggies because they're sweeter so always go with the veggies first). Cooked scrambled eggs with the shell crushed in there is good for them as well. Also be sure you're feeding a good quality pellet food(I use ZuPreem), I make sure there's always pellet food in the bowl, and a few times a week I'll had a small handful of a seed mixture for my African grey-in addition to the daily veggies/fruits.
