Arent ALL kids who are born today tested if the father is unknown?

From my experience Child Services or DSS doesn't give a flying rats @$$ about anyone other then themselves. They are just there to collect our hard earned dollars.. Which the government calls taxes, I call it stealing!

IF Jesus had been born in these modern times the CPS could have very well done a DNA test on him to check things out...Would have been an interesting test alright....
