Dont put yourself down saying your fat all the time.. it will make you less liekly to want to tone up and get the figure you want.. just cut out the junk food and eat more fruit and veg.. if you crave junk take some fruit or a glass of water and beat that ! Try exercising.. skipping ropes are great for getting you really fit and tone up - Try looking at your body in the mirror and see it as the perfect body =). Good luck. unless you're really overweight I don't think you should worry you're only 14, your weight will probably change lots until you're 20 anyway
however :)
two easy things that will definitely help (assuming you don't increase your food intake)
(1) take up sport every day - find a sport you enjoy,
it's more fun than dieting and healthier, maybe you can get really good at one
(2) drink a couple of cups of green tea every day -does help, i've tried it, although don't drink too much unless it's decaffeinated
other than that, the only way that has worked for me was to learn which foods have a lot of calories (like chips and chocolate and muffins and biscuits) and only eat really small amounts of them and fill up on healthy stuff.
You can eat heaps and heaps of vegetables without gaining any weight, and quite a lot of fruit.
It's good to learn about what you're eating I think, nutritional value also, so you can check if you're getting enought iron and stuff as well.

There is no other way except this: Do dietary program and exercise regularly! Both must be done, you cannot choose either one. Don not take any drugs, medicine, herbs that claim to loose your fat drastically; you will loose your fat but you will get it more once you stop taking them.
So, just do it naturally. Don't forget to note your progress weekly or biweekly, and always think positively. Good luck :)

Hello,
I am sure that like most kids at your age you eat a lot of jung food. Forget about it. Replace it with fruit, veg, yogurts and at least an hour easy walking every day.
I am sur you are going to see the difference soon.

I am afraid there is no easy way to reduce your weight.
The best way to do it and get fast result is to perform exercise that burns the most calories, which is jogging. Try 30mins everyday for 2 weeks and you should see some result..
Of course, do not increase your food intake!!

I weighed 165 lbs, when I was 13, I cut down on my food intake. No SWEETS, not even sugar in my tea. I rode a bike 2 hours a day. In a month I went down to 110.
Good Luck.
If you want to snack, get celery, or fruit.
