Depends if you want to gain muscle or lose fat? For muscle high weight low reps, for weight loss low weight high reps & 1hr cardio keeping heart rate 120-140.. honestly twice a week is not enough to see any results so either dedicate more time or while youre driving or working lift things.. good luck <3 Melanie myspace.com/thatspoiledbella

no matter what exercise you decide on, twice a week isn't really enough. you should ideally exercise 30 minutes every day. if you can't do that, every other day is OK.
